Drive Strategic Performance in Property Investment

We are seeking a commercially minded professional to drive strategic performance in our leading property investment group. The successful candidate will support the Funds and Asset Management team with performance analytics, leasing strategies, investment feasibility, and asset forecasting.

About the Role

This is a key analytical position within our investment division, providing strategic insight and commercial support to optimize the performance of our commercial property portfolio. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, leasing strategy, investment modeling, valuation support, and property development feasibility.

We manage a national property investment firm managing properties across various trusts. We blend entrepreneurial strategy with disciplined asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support asset performance forecasting, NOI analysis, and investment return tracking
  • Contribute to leasing strategies, property budgeting, and arrears/performance meetings
  • Negotiate major tenant contracts, lease finalisation, and strategic asset plans
  • Prepare valuation reports, feasibility models, and commercial assessments
  • Collaborate with teams to optimise centre performance
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Commerce, or related fields
  • 3+ years' experience in asset management, property investment, or development analysis
  • Strong understanding of commercial leasing markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and property-specific tools
