HR Business Partner

This is a key position within the People and Capability Team, responsible for providing strategic support to Executive Leaders on people-related matters.
The role will focus on early intervention and resolution, ensuring timely and effective delivery of HR initiatives. The advisor will stay up-to-date on employment law changes affecting P&C operations to support business success.
- Coach and advise executives and senior leaders on strategic P&C matters, including workforce planning, workplace relations, remuneration, performance, organisational development, and learning.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform evidence-based business cases to discuss with executives and senior leaders.
- Support strategic workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time to drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising executives and senior leaders across HR areas such as workforce planning, workplace relations, remuneration, performance, and injury management. They must be able to successfully partner with multiple client groups to deliver comprehensive HR support and apply legislation, industry awards and agreements, and policies to support strategic decisions by senior leaders.
Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
