Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the effective delivery of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process, ensuring timely and accurate conversion of all purchase requests and modifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of the Procurement & Supply Chain Business Plan
- Administer procure to pay (P2P) process with timely and effective conversion of all purchase requests and modifications
- Ensure all purchase requests are checked for compliance with Horizon Power's policies and procedures
- Support the capture and reporting of transactional purchasing data across Horizon Power's procurement engagements
- Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Successful completion of Year 12 is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial, financial or procurement role
- Experience coordinating procure to pay outcomes in accordance with organisation procurement policy and guides
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management
- Technical Skills – purchase to pay, basic understanding of suppliers, source to contract and contract management
- Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail
