Horizon Power is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team and contribute to the efficient and effective implementation and maintenance of end-to-end supplier life cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the implementation of the Procurement & Supply Chain's Business Plan.
- Ensure supplier registration processes meet specific minimum criteria, standards, and organisational requirements.
- Manage the procurement supplier database management system to ensure accurate and updated supplier data.
- Conduct regular supplier assessments and update supplier status in the system.
- Rationalise the supplier base to identify high and non-performing suppliers.
- A degree and/or professional qualification in law, finance, management, economics, commerce, or an equivalent discipline.
- WA Driver's License Class "C" or "C-A".
- Experience in managing end-to-end supplier life cycle management and/or purchase to pay process.
- Procurement systems knowledge.
- Stakeholder management skills.
