Purchasing Support Role

Horizon Power is seeking a skilled Purchasing Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of our Procure to Pay (P2P) process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the P2P process, including assurance, implementation, review, and monitoring.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve purchasing processes and optimize performance.
  • Support the implementation of the Procurement & Supply Chain Business Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with Horizon Power's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of Year 12 is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial, financial, or procurement role.
  • Experience coordinating procure to pay outcomes.
  • Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail.
