**In-Home Support Worker Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide essential support services in the comfort of customers' own homes. As an In-Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the independence and quality of life for older members of our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Delivering personal care assistance, including getting customers ready for the day, assisting with medication management, and helping with mobility and therapy goals
  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for customers
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offering social support and access to lifestyle activities
  • Providing respite and emotional support
  • Transporting customers to appointments as required

**Requirements:**

  • A valid driver's license and registered vehicle
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Comfortable working with customers who may be experiencing challenging days
