Independent Living Assistant

At integratedliving, we are seeking a Support Worker to play a vital role in delivering domestic assistance and person-centred care to clients in rural, regional, and remote Australia.
This role focuses on supporting clients to live independently and with dignity. You'll be part of a team that provides flexible hours to fit your availability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities for multiple clients (e.g., showering, dressing, mobility support).
- Assist with household tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dishes, laundry, bed-making, and cooking.
- Support clients with shopping, meal planning, and grocery budgeting; accompany them on shopping trips as needed.
- Ensure client safety in the home and promote a clean, safe living environment.
- Record visits and notes in the client management app accurately and promptly.
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting plans to changes in clients' schedules and priorities.
- A heart for helping and genuinely caring for others.
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent).
- License, reliable car, comprehensive insurance.
- WWCC, First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
- Tech-savvy enough to handle a smartphone or tablet.
