About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at Talent International. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and inductions are scheduled.
  • Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and activity tracking documentation, providing insights for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with Procurement colleagues to optimize candidate engagement activities, streamlining processes for efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including liaison with program leads for onboarding and offboarding requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of process flows and improvement initiatives, enhancing the overall recruitment experience.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delivering high-quality results within set timelines.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Experience in managing staff, identifying training needs, and promoting professionalism.
  • Demonstrated personal integrity, achieving results while adhering to legislative and policy parameters.
Desirable Criteria
  • Previous experience in a recruitment project environment.
  • Familiarity with Australian electoral law and practice.
Eligibility and Requirements
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Satisfactory National Police Check.
  • Baseline security clearance.
Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
