About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Talent International.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating the collation of documentation, scheduling inductions, and coordinating IT equipment. They will also maintain relevant databases, spreadsheets, and activity tracking documentation, as well as collate information for reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, training, and performance data
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Work closely with Procurement colleagues to ensure efficient management of candidate engagement activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate the hiring process, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Provide administrative support to Program recruitment activities, including interview setup, preparation of recruitment documentation, and related tasks
  • Collaborate with the talent lead to facilitate room booking, prepare interview schedules, and issue supporting paperwork and documentation
  • Notify unsuccessful candidates via email, deal with requests for interview feedback, and provide administrative support to ensure successful campaign conclusion

  • Proven ability to act with discretion and integrity in managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Customer service-focused approach to liaising with relevant stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in successfully setting priorities and delivering quality results on time
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and sensitively at all levels
  • Well-developed organisational skills with an ability to proactively approach responsibilities
  • Ability to manage staff while identifying training needs across a team and promoting professionalism
  • Demonstrated personal integrity while achieving results within legislative and policy parameters
Salary Estimate

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the location and requirements of the role.
