Connect People is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to support our client in their operations.
Our client is a prominent provider of water and sewer maintenance services, delivering a comprehensive range of planned maintenance, repair, restoration, and renewal solutions across various regions.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in trades or mechanical fields, with experience in logistics or inventory management being advantageous.
This role offers flexibility, with options for part-time or full-time hours for the right individual.
Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or Monday to Friday with half days). No weekend or overtime work required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and organizing goods in storage areas
- Distributing items from maintenance storage
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies
- Participating in inventory audits
- Assisting with necessary reporting tasks
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid forklift license
- White Card certification
- Current police check or willingness to obtain one
- Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems
- Strong computer skills
