About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to join our Warehouse Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our products and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to ensure customer service expectations are met
  • Facilitate a safe working environment and investigate incidents
  • Escalate significant issues to management, such as stock outs and process compliance
  • Suggest corrective measures to prevent future stock issues
  • Drive down inventory shrinkage by improving processes
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as required
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain and improve inventory accuracy
  • Investigate and report on stock discrepancies
  • Complete stock takes and cycle counts
  • Proactively manage inventory-related issues
  • Report on results and prepare reports for usage and reconciliation
  • Manage a small inventory management team to complete daily/weekly tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and management in retail logistics or FMCG environments
  • Ability to lead a team to improve performance and establish processes for good teamwork
  • Knowledge of Manhattan WMS is an advantage
  • High levels of numeracy, literacy, and analytical capability
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Process improvement and documentation experience
  • Qualifications in Warehousing/Inventory Management are well regarded
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar inventory-related position
