Job Title: Production Planning and Warehousing Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning and Warehousing Specialist to join our team at S&You. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and planning production over a 4-6 week period
- Updating and maintaining the production plan daily and planning production orders to meet customer requirements
- Being actively involved in strategic supply chain and production management activities
- Product and inventory maintenance and assistance
- Preparing and submitting regular reports to management on production and warehouse activity
- Updating inventory records to reflect new stock arrivals, dispatches, and adjustments
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Planning Administrator or similar role
- Planning and forecasting experience is essential
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential
- Excellent understanding of planning management procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
