**Debt Capital Markets Specialist Role**

We seek an expert to originate and execute domestic and international debt capital markets transactions, advising and executing deals for clients in Australia and internationally. As a key member of our team within the Corporate & Investment Bank, you will work alongside senior professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Originate and execute transactions across various asset classes
- Develop and maintain relationships with junior-level clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional client service and support
- Maintain knowledge of local and international leveraged finance trends, communicating updates to relevant parties
- Support client pitching and negotiation through clear marketing materials and trade ideas

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance or relevant tertiary qualification
- Prior experience in debt capital markets or banking front office
- Strong accounting, finance, and business writing skills
- Impeccable communication skills for interacting with senior professionals and clients
