Job Title:
Lead Debt Capital Markets Specialist
This is a critical role that requires expertise in the execution and distribution of AUD bond transactions across various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive senior unsecured securities, covered bonds, subordinated transactions including subordinated debt and hybrid securities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Domestic and International DCM, Leverage Finance, Markets sales and trading & Derivatives, IBD and Corporate partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with domestic and international clients, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience working on complex deals.
Additional responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing strategic plans for debt capital markets syndication.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Providing expert advice on debt capital markets products and services.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of success in debt capital markets.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics or business administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in debt capital markets.
