**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our debt capital markets efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the debt capital markets landscape and be able to drive strategic growth initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a critical role that requires expertise in the execution and distribution of AUD bond transactions across various clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving senior unsecured securities, covered bonds, subordinated transactions including subordinated debt and hybrid securities.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Domestic and International DCM, Leverage Finance, Markets sales and trading & Derivatives, IBD and Corporate partners.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for debt capital markets syndication.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Providing expert advice on debt capital markets products and services.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of success in debt capital markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in debt capital markets.
