Job Description:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management.
  • Offer social support and transportation for activities, shopping, and medical appointments.
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Support the use of aids and equipment for daily living.
  • Monitor the well-being of customers and report on their progress.

Requirements:

  • A strong ability to build rapport and establish good working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, including mobile apps, to access rosters and record customer notes.
  • A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle, along with a current driver's license.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred).
