Home Support Specialist

We are currently looking for experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Home Support Specialists in Perth Central suburbs. As a Home Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients with domestic tasks in their own home, including making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills, with the ability to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support clients with domestic tasks in their own home
  2. Undertake a range of domestic tasks including making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor
  3. Provide some social support in the community
  4. Follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home
  5. Have unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously via a mobile app

Requirements:

  • 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience
  • A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition
  • Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app

Benefits:

  • $30.47 p/h + super
  • Travel allowance of $0.99 per k/m
