This role is critical to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- A key aspect of this position is providing expert advice on workplace issues, ensuring that staff and stakeholders are well-informed and supported.
- You will monitor organisational change processes, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Strong relationships with employee representatives will be essential in creating and delivering effective people practices.
- You will also be responsible for building partnerships with external bodies on employment-related matters.
- Investigations into employee complaints will require your attention to detail and ability to gather information objectively.

- A strong understanding of relevant Australian Employment frameworks.
- Excellent time and resource management skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities, including excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- The ability to investigate employee matters thoroughly and impartially.
