Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Personnel Employee**
**Relations **to provide support to the Employee Relations team.

**About the role**:

- Answer enquiries in the Employee Relations inbox
- Research and provide advice on matters escalated to the team from AskHR
- Provide advice and support to the Enterprise Agreement process, such as conducting research, etc
- Draft and review HR guidelines
- Provide support to workplace committee

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great Communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
