Senior Digital Media Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Media Executive to join our team. As a key member of the digital media team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies and channel mixes that best meet client goals, using performance data and media tools.
  • Oversight of campaign planning, execution, and optimization to ensure maximum value and reach for budgets.
  • Mentorship and upskilling of junior team members while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

You will have a proven track record in digital media buying and planning, with expertise in media maths, data analysis, and key performance metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging directly with clients and media partners.

Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on digital media buying and planning experience across multiple channels.
  • Strong skills in media maths, data analysis, and ability to interpret key performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage directly with clients and media partners.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using ad servers and media planning/buying systems.
  • Strong time management, negotiation skills, and collaborative mindset.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for advertising, media, and performance marketing.
