Job Description

This role directly supports the growth of our business by leveraging your creative, performance, and digital media expertise to drive social engagement, sales, customer growth, and brand metrics. You will be responsible for implementing and tracking paid social media marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve lead, ROI, and brand targets.

  • Develop and deliver detailed creative briefs for social media campaigns, aligning with brand voice, campaign objectives, and target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with external creative agencies to ensure timely and high-quality content production.
  • Coordinate internal approval workflows across marketing, legal, and brand teams.
  • Ensure all assets meet platform specs, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements before publishing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a well-organized, strategic, and creative-minded individual with at least 3+ years' experience in a social-first or performance marketing-oriented role. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital media performance channels, knowledge of overall digital marketing performance channels and technology, and hands-on experience using website analytics tools.

  • Proven ability to manage content calendars, creative workflows, and approval processes efficiently.
  • Knowledge and understanding of overall digital marketing performance channels and technology.
  • Ideally have hands-on experience using website analytics tools – Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
