We scale brands with Paid Ads.

However, we don't just execute media buying. We strategise, consult and brief winning ads to our clients, collaborating with their marketing and design teams, maximising revenue and scaling profitability

The Opportunity:

We are a fast-growing agency that has big ambitions - to be the best marketing agency in Australia (and beyond ). As a fresh Grad, you'll bring your recent marketing degree and smarts to our Paid Media team where we will coach and mentor you in all platforms, including Meta, Google and TikTok

  • Have a recent Marketing Degree
  • You thrive on getting results
  • You have an analytical and creative mind

What you'll crush over the next 6-12 months:

  • Be fully trained and onboarded with the fundamentals of Meta and Google
  • Start to explore creative strategy opportunities with Clients
  • With support, manage 4-6 Clients where you'll be implementing, executing and optimising high-performing campaigns
  • Checking Meta, Google and Tiktok accounts daily
  • Analysing data and insights
  • A/B testing creative
