Human Resources Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for those keen to launch or accelerate their HR career.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work closely with Health Care Managers across Australia to onboard new team members and assist with making requested changes in existing roles. Our HR professionals also have the opportunity to be involved in special projects as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new employee contracts and contract variations adhering to relevant Enterprise Agreement and Awards.
  • Provide expert advice and coordination of the recruitment process using current systems.
  • Maintain confidential employee/payroll records/documentation.
  • Support managers with onboarding their new employees.
  • Advise managers on policies, Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
  • Participate in various HR projects as required.

Requirements:

  • A positive and engaging style where you put people first in everything you do.
  • An outcome-focused attitude and a consistent commitment to ongoing process improvement.
  • Accurate data entry skills and the ability to identify and escalate issues as they arise.
  • A passion for multi-tasking and enjoy a busy, stimulating work environment.
  • Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition and/or studying to complete relevant qualifications (preferred).
