We are seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support our human resources team. This role encompasses all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process and assist with HR projects
  • Manage personnel records, documentation, and electronic files
  • Provide assistance with onboarding and offboarding processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Coordinate medicals, paperwork, and record-keeping in line with current legislation requirements
  • Assist with performance review processes and development activities
  • Coordinate training and support day-to-day recruitment activities across business units
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator/Coordinator role or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills for accurate record-keeping
  • A proactive approach and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • The highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
