About the Role

This position is part of a vibrant multi-campus educational institution located in Mount Isa, Queensland. Serving students from Years 7 to 12, our college provides a diverse and inclusive learning environment with a strong focus on academic achievement, vocational training, and student wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential barriers to young people achieving their goals and refer them to relevant support services.
  • Maintain accurate records of student contact on a daily basis.
  • Support students to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes through targeted interventions.
  • Develop and monitor post-program support strategies as required to meet performance criteria.
  • Foster positive relationships between the school and families of students to help at-risk students remain engaged with education or training.
