Job Overview

Recruitment consultants are partnering with Bepoz Global to seek an experienced Computer Network and Systems Engineer (Implementation Technician) for a full-time position at their Perth office. Bepoz is renowned for supplying customised products to the hospitality industry, including point of sale systems, digital signage, CCTV solutions, and takeaway order apps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily operations, including installation, deployment, configuration, testing, data migration, and administration of system software components, networks, databases, servers, and workstations.
  • Design and configure system architectures tailored to client requirements, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate closely with clients during implementation and go-live phases to design data models, network requirements, backup strategies, and integration processes.
  • Configure networking devices, enable/disable TCP and UDP ports, and configure firewall rules, subnets, and VLANs depending on business needs.
  • Install VPNs, SQL Servers, RDS, and computer applications, and apply security patches.
  • Continuously assess, monitor, and research network infrastructures to optimise performance and provide recommendations for improvements in hardware, software, and features.
  • Provide professional remote and onsite support for diagnosing and resolving Microsoft Windows servers, network printers, scanners, MSR.
Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess relevant qualifications and certifications in computer networking and systems engineering.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be based at the Perth office and may be required to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
