Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical expert to join our team in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points, controllers, WAN optimizers, and monitoring applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems, ensuring zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions. They will manage tickets of high complexity, conduct advanced and complicated tasks, and provide resolution to a diverse range of complex problems.

This role requires strong hands-on experience with CISCO products, including routers and switches. A CCNP/CCIE certification is highly desirable, as well as experience in Data Centre maintenance and Network Automation.

The technical expert will work closely with clients to ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational. They will perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts. Additionally, they will identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail.
