Job Title: IT Communication Specialist

This is a full-time permanent position based in Perth with support to regional WA and QLD sites.

We are seeking a skilled IT Field Service Technician to join our team to support a major mining client. As an IT Communication Specialist, you will provide hands-on desktop, network, and Audio Visual (AV) support to end-users across various shifts.

You will travel to regional WA and QLD sites as needed to maintain and support communication and entertainment systems, install and replace TVs, access points, and other infrastructure hardware.

You will also troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and AV issues effectively, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintain accurate documentation including ticket resolution notes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

In addition, you will assist in infrastructure projects, contributing to planning, implementation, and improvement initiatives, collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and deliver excellent service, and provide support to other clients as required.
