Job Summary

Our organization is seeking an experienced End-User Computing (EUC) professional to join their team on a 7-month contract.

As an EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing support, and driving efficiency in end-user computing within a large corporate environment.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to ongoing updates and changes related to end-user computing.

  • Configure and support laptops and mobile phones.
  • Administer and support Office 365 platform.
  • Manage remote working environments and solutions.
  • Act as a Level 3 escalation point for the Service Desk, handling complex issues.
  • Perform updates and changes related to end-user computing.
  • Implement and support Microsoft 365 services.
  • Oversee device management with Intune and Autopilot, including hybrid joins and domain migration.
  • Support Azure Active Directory and On-Prem Active Directory.
  • Contribute to project management activities, including documentation, scope writing, and project bid contributions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of IT experience specifically working within an ITIL framework, giving you a strong foundation in managing standard operating environments (SOE).
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Hands-on experience with M365 implementation, supporting hybrid and domain migrations, and a good understanding of security and compliance within the M365 platform.
  • PowerShell, PSADT, and Carbon Black experience ideal.
  • Strong communication skills, combined with your ability to engage throughout the project lifecycle, make you the ideal candidate.
