About the Job

This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on technical expertise with operational management. As an End-User Computing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of end-user computing devices and applications across a diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-user support operations across Windows, macOS, iOS, handheld devices, and printers.
  • Ensure the effective lifecycle management of EUC hardware, applications, and licensing.
  • Lead incident and escalation management, ensuring service level agreement compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation, and automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, patching, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Support the onboarding of new technologies and acquisitions into the EUC environment.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years' experience in a senior IT management role, with proven leadership of a technical support team.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS platforms, and corporate applications.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, BigFix, and O365 suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Skilled in developing SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base resources.
  • Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed environments, ideally across APAC.
  • Strong process improvement mindset and passion for driving service excellence.
