Prevention Specialist

This role involves developing and implementing prevention strategies for alcohol and drug related harm. About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement prevention programs in consultation with stakeholders
    • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform program development
    • Develop and deliver training sessions on substance abuse prevention and treatment
    • Establish partnerships with local organizations to enhance program effectiveness
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Relevant experience in public health, social work or a related field
    • Proven ability to develop and implement effective prevention programs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
