Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed case management to individuals impacted by intimate partner violence.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team that provides holistic support to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and managing client applications
  • Conducting risk assessments and safety planning
  • Delivering person-centered case management and goal-setting
  • Supporting and referring clients to services aligned with their needs

To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • $80,000 - $90,000 base salary
  • $1,300 remote annual allowance
