Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS project manager to lead the implementation of our Human Resource Information System project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop project scope statements
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and lessons learned
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT or business environment
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
