**Job Title:** Commercial Contract Lawyer

The role will involve advising on a wide range of commercial and technology matters, working closely with the General Counsel and business stakeholders. You'll assist in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements — including procurement, SaaS and technology services, licensing, and data processing arrangements.

**Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. goods and services, supply, licensing, tech or SaaS agreements).
  • Supporting on legal risk assessments, privacy and data issues, marketing reviews, and occasional IP or regulatory questions.
  • Assisting in balancing legal risk with commercial outcomes.

**Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' PQE (at a minimum), ideally gained in a reputable law firm or in-house team.
  • Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Exposure to privacy, data protection, consumer law, or IP matters (desirable but not essential).
  • Australian legal qualification and current practising certificate.
