About us: We are looking for a legal professional to join our team in Melbourne.

The role involves providing expert legal advice and support to clients across multiple industries and specialisations. You will work closely with various businesses to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate risks, and contribute to the overall success of our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist the client in achieving their strategic and commercial objectives

About you:

You are a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5PQE. You have previous experience working with a reputable law firm or in-house legal team. You possess strong knowledge of Australian law and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
