Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining nbn products and services.

  • Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service and technical support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers in their premises
  • Basic understanding of nbn technologies and equipment
  • A current and clean driver's license
