Qualifications & experience
- Sales ability with a cheerful countenance is necessary as the job role involves counter service and sales.
- The applicant must be well presented.
- The applicant must be able to handle and enjoy a fast pace role while being able to maintain very high attention to detail.
- The applicant requires good computer skills and be a quick learner.
- The applicant must be reliable, flexible with times and be a helpful, keen team player.
- Attention to detail in all areas of the role is essential
- If you work well, are accurate & are a reliable worker, you most likely will be offered a full time role
- Potential for the role to develop into an on road sales
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to communicate well and politely to customers at all times
- Counter sales and customer service.
- Communicate to customers by phone and email.
- Be able to quote customers on different product options
- Picking and checking orders placed by customers
- Enter sales orders and invoice sales orders
- Competent computer skills and ability to learn software.
- Lifting and carrying cartons
- Available to work up to 38 hours, Monday to Friday
