People & Culture Administrator Position

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced administrator to support the People and Culture function at Western Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact for external callers, supporting and directing employees with queries, and coordinating recruitment processes.
Given the recent implementation of a new Human Resources Information System, this role presents a chance for someone with an interest in the People and Culture function to develop processes that enhance efficiency. With multiple People System projects currently underway, the successful candidate will be exposed to a range of changes and improvements.
This autonomous role will provide the opportunity to own the position and develop processes that support greater efficiency, while being supported by an experienced team. The role is initially a maternity leave backfill position until the end of the year, with potential for extension.
The successful candidate will work full-time, with accrued days off every four weeks, and the possibility of a hybrid working arrangement. Western Health values its employees and provides them with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
