Procurement Business Partner

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Business Partner to lead end-to-end procurement activities across diverse portfolios. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative, value-driven supply solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage procurement plans tailored to stakeholder needs and service objectives.
  • Lead tendering processes while ensuring compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and support on procurement procedures, risk management, and best practices.
  • Monitor and update procurement systems to reflect industry standards and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative supply solutions that deliver value for money.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in procurement, business, law, commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a procurement role within a government environment.
  • Proven ability to manage tender and quotation processes from preparation through to administration.
  • Strong understanding of procurement legislation, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in contract administration and supplier performance monitoring, with sound risk management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and engage effectively with stakeholders.
