About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Business Partner to lead end-to-end procurement activities across diverse portfolios. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver innovative, value-driven supply solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and manage procurement plans tailored to stakeholder needs and service objectives.
- Lead tendering processes while ensuring compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
- Provide expert advice and support on procurement procedures, risk management, and best practices.
- Monitor and update procurement systems to reflect industry standards and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design innovative supply solutions that deliver value for money.
- Tertiary qualifications in procurement, business, law, commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a procurement role within a government environment.
- Proven ability to manage tender and quotation processes from preparation through to administration.
- Strong understanding of procurement legislation, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in contract administration and supplier performance monitoring, with sound risk management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and engage effectively with stakeholders.
