Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality and Lean Manager to lead quality improvement initiatives and drive root cause analysis in our operations. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues and ensuring accurate procurement specifications.

  • Develop and maintain quality control programs across fabrication and warehouse operations, adhering to internal standards and customer expectations.
  • Analyse quality data, customer feedback, and production reports to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques to streamline processes, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and upskill teams in problem solving, visual management, root cause analysis, and performance gap resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
