Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Sexual Health and Prostate Cancer Care initiative. As Global Health Initiative Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of our workplan, working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to advance sexual healthcare in prostate cancer care across key markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage large-scale health programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholders;
- Oversight of projects and work programs, supporting delivery where required in accordance with contractual commitments;
- Coordination of market-specific workplans for sexual healthcare and prostate cancer guideline implementation, including engagement with advisory groups, cross-market learning, and integration of subject matter expert input;
- Support the coordination and delivery of clinician and patient education to implement the sexual health and prostate cancer guidelines;
- Internal coordination and support of cross-functional squads delivering work packages.
- Proven track record in program management of large health programs;
- Project Management Professional Certification with minimum 2 years' experience;
- Minimum Undergraduate Degree and/or work experience in healthcare or technology field;
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, including lived and living experience of those experiencing social and health inequities;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Able to demonstrate cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence.
- Experience and understanding of prostate cancer and how the social determinants of health can impact the experience of prostate cancer care and access to supportive care services;
- Agile project management education and experience in design thinking;
- Experience working in the healthcare setting in multiple countries.
- Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum;
