Hotel Representative

The Hotel Representative serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience. Their responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests during arrival and departure, processing reservations and cancellations, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist all guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process reservations and cancellations promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage guest accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy levels through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of front desk and back office to present a professional image.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key qualities and abilities include excellent communication skills, stress management, and composure under pressure.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests at all times.
  2. Account Management: Manage guest accounts accurately and efficiently.
  3. Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
