Medical Receptionist Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to manage in-person and phone/computer-based services for patients and practitioners. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and possess experience with patient record management and data entry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer care, including greeting patients at the front desk and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Coordinate radiology exam bookings
  • Prioritize general clerical duties
  • Maintain accurate patient records with precision data entry skills
  • Foster effective communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals
  • Process Medicare, DVA, Health fund, and work cover billing and banking

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience with patient record management and data entry is highly desirable
