Job Overview
  • This role is responsible for providing clinical and front-line supervisory support for the nursing department on a designated assignment.
  • You will maintain the standards of quality for nursing care provided to residents during your shift.
  • Serving as a clinical resource to nursing associates and supporting organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Promoting professional nursing practices and exemplifying leadership for front-line staff.
Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical and front-line supervisory support for the nursing department on a designated assignment.
  2. Maintain the standards of quality for nursing care provided to residents during your shift.
  3. Serve as a clinical resource to nursing associates and provide support for organizational policies and procedures.
  4. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  5. Promote professional nursing practices and demonstrate leadership for front-line staff.
Qualifications
  • A graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active LPN or RN license in Ohio.
  • Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
  • Current Nursing license and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act.
  • CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Shift Details

We operate on 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
