Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiating abilities, be customer service oriented, and have persuasive sales and marketing skills.

About the Role

The Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by greeting residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner as they enter the building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents and guests with a warm smile and offer assistance when needed.
  • Become familiar with local attractions and amenities and provide recommendations to residents upon request.
  • Distribute brochures, floor plans, and other relevant materials to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby area, and storage closets.
  • Prepare incident reports and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to established fair housing policies.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with coworkers, management, residents, vendors, and external contacts through professional communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to coworkers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and external contacts.
  • Verify visitor identities using valid forms of identification.
  • Deliver personalized customer service by offering suitable recommendations and innovative solutions to meet resident needs.
