Concierge Ambassador

This role is an ideal opportunity to serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospects.

• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Become familiar with community attractions and local amenities, providing recommendations when requested.
• Provide necessary information and materials to clients.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to established policies and procedures.

The following are essential duties associated with this position:

• Resident Services: Greet residents and guests, provide information and support as needed.
• Amenity Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with local attractions and amenities, offering recommendations to residents.
• Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with co-workers, management, residents, vendors, and outside contacts.
• Work Environment: Ensure the front desk, lobby area, and storage closets are clean and well-organized.
• Incident Reporting: Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.

The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, able to work independently or collaboratively, and possess strong communication skills. They must also be willing to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, and meet physical demands up to 80 pounds of lifting or moving.
