- Process sales transactions, manage payments, and handle cash sales efficiently.
- Provide detailed product information and answer inquiries from customers.
- Assist consumers with their general questions and provide timely support.
- Contribute to mailing operations and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports to inform business decisions.
- Ensure end-to-end service excellence by balancing internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Support the Service Manager and Service Technicians as required.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously within a dynamic team environment.
- Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
