The successful Property Manager will oversee the management of commercial property in our Newcastle office. Key responsibilities include maintaining lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
Duties and Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
- Manage rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.
- Collaborate with colleagues to prepare annual operating budgets.
- Process invoices and manage debtors efficiently to minimize financial risks.
- 1–2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or industrial property is preferred.
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in Property specialisation, is desirable but not essential.
- A Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) is required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency is necessary for effective task management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
