About the Role

ACM Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to lead major road upgrade projects in the Camden LGA growth precincts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing design projects and achieving outcomes within budget and defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to external design teams to ensure high-quality and cost-effective design documentation.
  • Manage procurement processes, including preparing tender documentation and assessing submissions.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources associated with project delivery, identifying and planning risk management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize exposure to risks and ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive senior experience in investigating, surveying, designing, and estimating engineering projects, particularly major road upgrades.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and oral, and the ability to relate well to internal and external clients.
  • A strong understanding of Federal, State, and Local Government standards, guidelines, and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer applications.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
