Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to process orders accurately and efficiently.

This is a key role in our operations team, requiring strong speed and accuracy in data entry, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders received via PDF format and EDI into the ERP system with high accuracy.
  • Verify order details such as product types, quantities, and specifications to prevent errors.
  • Work efficiently to handle a high volume of orders daily while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and the data entry team to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Address discrepancies or issues with orders promptly, escalating to the Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry or order processing, preferably in a BPO/warehouse environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems or similar software is preferred but not essential.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills for email coordination.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to minimize processing errors.
